VOP-Fam have experienced personnel in areas of programming, administration and finance, field implementation and monitoring as well as emergency coordination; those staff are supported with the good reputation and strong coordination VOP-Fam has with the local authorities and communities. We have 40 office staff and 25 field staff in addition to 120 volunteers. The following are the qualifications of the key staff
Khabat I. Muhamad
Holding a diploma in administration from the University of Baghdad, over 20 years service in the departments of social affairs. Five years as deputy program manager
of Help Age International, a well-known social and civil society activist in Kurdistan.
Haveen M. Abdulmajeed
holding PhD in English language and linguistics from the University of Birmingham/ the UK. 10 years experience with NGOs (international and local) and UN agencies, holding different jobs ranging between Secretary, Field Coordinator to Office Manager including finance issues. 5 years experience in academia
Diler Ahmed Younis
Holding MSc in computer sciences (ICT), experienced in working in protection field and specially children since 2014. His work includes but not limited to case management, structured psychosocial support and community-based protection approaches. He have many certificates in child protection and developed many computer based tools serving that purposes.
Kovan Hussein Habib
Peaceful coexistence officer
over 10 years experience with NGOs. He holds BSc in law. He has been working on peaceful coexistence for 4 years
holding MSc in Human Geography/ University of Nottingham/UK; 13 years of experience with the Directorate of Education and 6 years with NGOs on education projects and teaching.
